The fields in this section change according the item. Many field titles have explanatory text which shows when you hover over the title.
Similar items would be prints in different sizes or having multiple prints and one is framed and the others are not. List the SKU of the similar item. This will cause a link to be placed on the detail page of both items. If a linked item sells out, the link will be removed. If you don't know the SKU of the similar item, use the lookup. Once you enter a SKU, the system will automatically replace the SKU with the internal number for that item and list its title.
