All sales are final.
IMD One Design will consider returns for one of the following reasons
Contact us through our website for a return authorization. We will be able to provide you with the best service if you include your customer name, order number, order date, item number, and item name. All of this information is located on the packing slip included with your order. Then describe the nature of the problem.
Any approved refunds will not be processed until IMD One Design has received the merchandise and verified it has not been opened or used. Used or open items are not refundable. It’s a matter of public safety and hygiene.
In the unlikely event IMD One Design made an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 3 days of receiving your shipment) so we can fix the problem. Any incorrectly shipped item must be returned in the original, unopened packaging. Used or open items are not returnable and you will be responsible for the purchase price.
Shipment Refused or Undeliverable
Shipments which are refused or undeliverable to the destination will incur a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping fees on the order are non-refundable. Items we ship for free will have the amount we paid for shipping subtracted from the refund amount.
